Parent Coaching
Natalie provides parent coaching to one or both parents around raising young children from an attachment-informed lens. Secure attachment is the best predictor for positive outcomes in many areas. Natalie uses a non-pathologizing approach to working with little ones and their parents. Her specializations are:
-parenting a newborn
-support around sleep without sleep training
-attachment parenting
-parenting through the first year

-breaking generational cycles
-ancestral wisdom in parenting
